Please consider that the Conference organizer cannot send Letters of Guarantee. For such letters you should contact your Slovenian partner or host institution directly.

CONFERENCE FEES

Prices in Euro, 20% VAT included.

The conference fee includes the welcome reception, morning and afternoon coffee breaks, lunches, conference dinner, conference pack, and the mid-conference excursion.

Extra tickets:

Single day attendance (includes coffee breaks, lunch, conference pack): 70 EUR

Conference dinner: 50 EUR

Mid-conference excursion: 70 EUR

 

STUDENT TRAVEL FELLOWSHIPS - EXTENDED DEADLINE 30 APRIL 2010

The ISSB offers a limited number of modest travel fellowships for students and young scientists (PhD 2007 or later). Applications with CV and description of planned presentation should be sent to the organizer by 30^th April 2010. Scientific quality, funding situation at home institution, and balanced geographic representation shall be taken into account as selection criteria if the number of applicants exceeds the number of available grants.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS PROGRAM

For accompanying persons who will not attend the symposia and sessions of the regular conference program, two guided tours are offered:

1) Ljubljana – the capital of Slovenia.

  

2) Idrija, a small town with rich cultural history and a historical mercury mine, second largest in the world and open to tourists.

  

Registration and payment at the Registration desk on Sunday 29 August 2010.

The minimum number of participants per tour is 15. The organizer reserves the right to raise the prices or cancel the tour if less than 15 participants sign up.
